Standards and Policies
The Tandy Institute for Archaeology upholds the practices and policies of current approaches in scientific, archaeological research as well as standards and practices in museum studies. In addition, as an institute of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary; research and staff of the Tandy hold to the ethical and moral standards adopted by the trustees of SWBTS.
All excavation projects and archaeological research adhere to the standards and policies set by the host countries. Current excavation projects adhere to the standards of the Israel Antiquities Authority and the National Parks Authority of the State of Israel.
In addition, the The Tandy Institute for Archaeology adopts the standards of research and publication of the American Schools of Oriental Research and the Archaeological Institute of America.
